Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal operational flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
