Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products for the upcoming week using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on handling equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time are essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and clear communication skills.
