Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and delivery.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
