- Execute daily stocking and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Perform store cleanup and organization duties before and after shifts.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock transfers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
