Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
