Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
