Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all items are properly tagged and labeled.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and log daily activity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the Minneapolis facility.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
