Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, sorting, and loading/unloading of merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
