Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests across dining and recreation areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following sanitation and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces during high-traffic weekend periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in weekend inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
