Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate POS Systems: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain product displays, organize shelves, and restock inventory to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and break areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily goals and support store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and operational issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and move merchandise.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Local Preference: Candidates based in San Diego are strongly preferred for this local role.
