Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and accuracy to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding stock levels and issues.
- Process customer returns and exchanges with a focus on excellent service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal software systems.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
