As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily success. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their inquiries and needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales transactions and returns.
- Stock shelves and displays with products, ensuring they are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required.
