Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct end-of-shift closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required for walk-ins.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team setting.
- Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
