Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 3-5 part-time associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Process and document daily shipments using WMS software
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing products
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational continuity
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
