- Train and mentor new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Monitor store security protocols and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover processes
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through product knowledge and upselling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional vendor runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
