- Coordinate patient care activities across weekend shifts
- Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Implement safety protocols during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend staff briefings and handovers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field
- 2+ years healthcare coordination experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- EMR software proficiency (Epic preferred)
- NYS nursing license or equivalent certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
