Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend operating hours (Saturday-Sunday 10AM-8PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS records with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards for weekend displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
