Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to shoppers by answering questions and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the weekend.
- Inventory Support: Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy during slower periods.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the floor staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent the brand positively to every customer.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
