Responsibilities
- Process Customer Transactions: Accurately handle customer orders, payments, and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing the warehouse area to ensure efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our high standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
