Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to ensure product availability
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Participate in weekend sales promotions and special events
- Train new associates on store policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
