- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity

- Assist with inventory management and store presentation during weekend operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend coverage and store readiness
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all weekend shift activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM) with weekday flexibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital customer service tools

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional inventory runs
