Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store appearance and operational standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotations
- Support store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (including holidays)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
