Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Weekend availability mandatory (both Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
