- Accurately input customer information and sales data into our database systems.
- Process weekend orders and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of information.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all data entries.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email during shift hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Adhere to company safety and compliance policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
