Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Train weekend staff on protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS certification (must maintain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends/holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
