Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated patient treatment
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Support emergency response protocols when required
- Deliver patient education on health management strategies
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Valid Arizona state healthcare license
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic ECG and phlebotomy skills preferred
