Qualifications

- CNA certification preferred (willing to train non-certified candidates)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or caregiving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
