Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications under physician supervision
- Assist with medical procedures and equipment preparation
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and supplies
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to coordinate care plans
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or MA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or recent graduate
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
