Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest service across weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate POS systems and maintain inventory control
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Ensure strict compliance with health/safety protocols
- Coordinate with weekday staff for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or retail experience
- Availability for every weekend shift (8am-10pm)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and time management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours with frequent movement
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude under pressure
