Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot any weekend-related outages efficiently.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate complex issues promptly.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
- Assist end-users with password resets and account access issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Reliable transportation and availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
