Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming inventory and stockpiles efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed during shifts.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure optimal workflow.
- Process shipping documents and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
