Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, locate items efficiently, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily stock replenishment, organize shelves, and conduct routine inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Store Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage returns or exchanges according to policy.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing by adhering to company display standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company safety guidelines, operational procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for your scheduled shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
