Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in high-volume weekend retail environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in seasonal promotions and weekend sales events
- Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for inventory runs)
