Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and assist clients with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage daily store operations, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and cash handling accuracy.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are preferred.
