As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring our high standards of service and efficiency are met during our critical weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Assist customers and team members with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Perform general facility maintenance and cleanliness duties.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in logistics or customer service is highly desirable.
