Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and staff supervision during weekend shifts.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment for all customers.
- Manage inventory levels, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on service recovery.
- Train and mentor part-time associates on sales techniques and store standards.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including security checks and system closures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
