Responsibilities
- Execute loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the shift team to resolve operational challenges and optimize workflows.
- Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
