Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory processing, order fulfillment, and quality control protocols
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate digital records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance in all activities
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates on SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
