Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and administrative workflows during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient intake, registration, and electronic health record management
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless weekend care delivery
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality protocols
- Support weekend facility operations including inventory and supply management
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
