Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily processing of orders and inventory management to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to incoming clients and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure all products meet our high standards before dispatch.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.

- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
