Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment throughout the weekend shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts and order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
