Responsibilities
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures for weekend shifts to ensure store readiness.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist in organizing and maintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and experience with cash registers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
