Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Columbus store.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures to ensure security and cleanliness.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to get to our Columbus location.
