Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy to process transactions and handle returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Cash handling duties, including counting drawers and preparing daily deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
