Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual displays
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) with weekday flexibility
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
