Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, order processing, and quality control
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Weekend availability mandatory
