Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and inventory records
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
