Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 retail associates, providing clear direction and support
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing shopping environment
- Train new staff on company policies, products, and safety protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license (if required for logistics duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
