- Supervise and mentor weekend shift staff (10-15 team members)
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and performance reviews
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree a plus
- Valid forklift certification required
