Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations and ensure store standards are consistently met
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and customer service protocols
- Manage inventory processes and maintain accurate stock records
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations handover
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store presentation
- Monitor sales performance and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta location
